Requirements

  • 5+ years B2B semiconductor product management experience
  • Proven track record in business cases, pricing, lifecycle steering
  • Strong customer-facing experience, translating needs to products
  • Collaboration with engineering and commercial teams
  • Structured mindset, execution, KPI steering, prioritization
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Basic understanding of German (plus)

  • Translate Product Line direction into execution.
  • Translate Product Line priorities into new product concepts.
  • Develop value propositions for targeted applications.
  • Drive portfolio execution from definition to optimization.
  • Build product business justifications.
  • Track product business justifications.
  • Continuously steer product business justifications.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional execution to meet financial targets.
  • Build early proof points with priority customers.
  • Focus on attached and bundled PMICs.
  • Focus on customer-specific PMICs.
  • Focus on selective open-market derivatives.
  • Shape new PMIC portfolio from the ground up.
