- •Several years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2C product environment
- •Proven track record of shipping and scaling impactful product features
- •Strong hands-on, can-do mindset with a clear focus on outcomes
- •Solid experience in customer communication or messaging platforms
- •Strong platform and systems thinking, including consolidation of tools and processes to drive efficiency
- •Confident working closely with engineering and IT, with solid technical understanding
- •Pragmatic, structured, and comfortable with end-to-end ownership and accountability

Tasks
- •Own the end-to-end delivery of transactional B2C customer communication
- •Define and scale a robust communication platform with IT
- •Establish governance, approval criteria, and quality gates for communication
- •Ensure correct recipient targeting and testing readiness
- •Execute compliant send-out of communications
- •Set and maintain lifecycle-based content and brand standards
- •Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Commercial, IT, and Operations
