Requirements

  • Experience with ORBIS (advantageous)
  • Ability to unite teams
  • Solid healthcare business acumen
  • Excellent communication in German and English

Tasks

  • Lead the Medical Controlling and Coding product management team
  • Define and communicate the value stream's vision, mission, and roadmap
  • Align product strategy with overarching business goals
  • Prioritize customer needs based on business and technical dependencies
  • Analyze regional market needs and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with R&D and UX on strategy and development plans
  • Engage cross-functionally with sales, service, and support departments
  • Coordinate with regional and specialized product management teams
