Requirements

  • Completed technical university studies (media, industrial engineering, or business/technology combination)
  • At least 5 years operational technical experience in relevant market (ideally broadcast)
  • In-depth knowledge of Riedel solutions (Artist, Bolero, SmartPanel, MediorNet)
  • Experience in B-Level interactions/presentations, self-management, negotiation, problem-solving tools
  • Customer relationship management and external partner partnership skills
  • Extensive IT knowledge in network configurations and PTP

Tasks

  • Design and prepare systems for international multimedia events
  • Support Riedel sales and project management staff
  • Serve as main contact for RIEDEL CORE product questions
  • Share project and client feedback with product teams
  • Collaborate with Product Experts and Experts Team members
  • Create standards and solutions for managed technology
  • Provide product knowledge training and guidelines
  • Share knowledge using Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Teams
  • Coordinate and conduct on-site service, demos, training
