Procurement Supervisor Europe MIL/AERO(m/w/x)

Requirements
- 7+ years purchasing experience, preferably in MIL/Aero, electronic components, or related industry
- Strong knowledge of MIL-Spec and aerospace procurement standards and regulations
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems for procurement and inventory management
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to analyze market trends and supplier performance data
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel)
- Knowledge of ITAR and export compliance regulations
- Experience with supplier audits and quality control processes
