Requirements

  • •University degree or equivalent in Procurement, Data Science, or related field
  • •At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role with a focus on global software and SaaS applications
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage costs and budgets with effective negotiation and process enhancement
  • •Solid foundation in IT and data procurement with process-driven approach and functional leadership abilities
  • •Fluency in English; German skills are a strong asset
  • •Skilled negotiator with assertiveness, resilience, and strong independent ownership

  • •Procure IT hardware, software, and SaaS solutions

  • •Manage master data and billing reconciliation
  • •Negotiate and monitor business travel frameworks
  • •Develop and implement supplier monitoring and rating
