Requirements

  • •Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience
  • •3–5 years in procurement, contract negotiation, and RFP/RFQ processes
  • •Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • •Proficiency in MS tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI)
  • •Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
  • •Results-driven with a strategic mindset

Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • •Manage purchasing for standard and project-based needs
  • •Identify and develop suppliers
  • •Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers
  • •Track orders and resolve delivery issues
  • •Maintain procurement records and approved supplier lists
  • •Provide insights on vendor performance
  • •Support ad-hoc procurement requests
  • •Communicate effectively across all organizational levels
  • •Maintain and evaluate supplier relationships
  • •Participate in vendor meetings and performance reviews
  • •Monitor schedules and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • •Monitor market trends and supply risks
  • •Recommend cost-saving initiatives and process improvements
  • •Analyze spend data and report on procurement metrics
  • •Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • •Review purchase orders and assist in policy development
  • •Maintain contingency plans to mitigate supply chain risks
