Procurement Specialist(m/w/x)

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
• Initial experience in operational procurement
• Exposure to contract preparation or negotiation
• Basic understanding of IT suppliers
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Commercial awareness and cost sensitivity
• Proactive and solution-oriented working style
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or ServiceNow
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent English and German skills

Tasks

• Process purchase requisitions in the ERP system
• Create purchase orders in the ERP system
• Review and compare supplier quotations
• Identify risks, unfavorable clauses, and hidden costs
• Conduct contract reviews in the Ironclad management system
• Ensure contract compliance with internal guidelines
• Order hardware, software, and licenses on time
• Procure marketing, consultancy, and other services
• Confirm pricing and availability with suppliers
• Verify delivery timelines with suppliers
• Track deliveries and monitor service milestones
• Support Category Managers with sourcing initiatives
• Assist with vendor management activities
• Support RFQ, RFP, and tender processes
• Manage tender documentation and supplier communication
• Review and update existing contracts
• Monitor supplier performance
• Identify opportunities for process improvements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across global teams
• Prepare reports and data for presentations
• Track KPIs and service level agreements
