Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Engineering, Supply Chain/Procurement, Operational Excellence, or equivalent
  • Strong affinity for IT
  • Experience with procurement suite as a Key User, ideally Coupa or SAP Ariba and SAP ERP
  • Good to excellent proficiency in Excel
  • Basic understanding of computer systems
  • Solid analytical mindset
  • Detail-oriented and structured
  • High degree of reliability and sense of responsibility
  • Ability to communicate complex principles to various audiences
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Any other European language is an advantage

Tasks

  • Support the end-to-end procurement process
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies
  • Provide expert insights on P2P and contract processes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for Coupa
  • Develop procurement reporting and analytics
  • Implement comprehensive dashboards for stakeholders
  • Handle complex datasets from various sources
  • Consolidate data into a single overview
  • Collaborate with the Group Finance function
  • Support financial monitoring of savings initiatives
  • Assist Management with data analysis and improvement measures
  • Build effective relationships with teammates and stakeholders

  • Bachelor's degree
