Requirements

  • Extensive experience in developing training strategies/concepts for SAP S/4HANA transformation
  • Basic SAP S/4HANA knowledge across multiple modules
  • Extensive experience with training methodologies, tools, and platforms like SAP Enable Now
  • Basic knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM)
  • Basic knowledge of BPMN 2.0 process modelling notation
  • Excellent communication capabilities
  • Excellent change management capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder-management capabilities
  • Open, learning-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work effectively across teams
  • Fluency in English
  • German proficiency preferred
