Requirements

  • 7-10+ years as Solution Architect or similar
  • Experience in cloud, data ingestion, observability, or integrations
  • 5+ years architecting/implementing ITOM/ITSM solutions
  • Hands-on ServiceNow integration expertise
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification (ITOM or ITSM)
  • Designing and delivering certified integrations
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Build consensus across teams
  • Deep expertise in REST APIs
  • Scripting (JavaScript) expertise
  • Event ingestion expertise
  • Workflow automation expertise
  • CSDM and CMDB expertise
  • Excellent presentation abilities
  • Excellent facilitation abilities
  • Excellent technical writing abilities
  • Additional experience with ServiceNow SecOps
  • Additional experience with ServiceNow GRC
  • Additional experience with DevOps
  • Familiarity with Dynatrace observability
  • Familiarity with Dynatrace application security
  • Familiarity with Dynatrace automation
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps concepts
  • Additional ServiceNow certifications (Admin or App Dev)

Tasks

  • Build deep integrations between Dynatrace and ServiceNow
  • Co-innovate with Product & Engineering teams and ServiceNow
  • Translate market needs into high-impact features
  • Drive end-to-end solution design for integrations
  • Validate Dynatrace–ServiceNow integrations and modules
  • Manage lifecycle for integrations and modules
  • Contribute to reference architectures
  • Create implementation guides
  • Develop demo environments
  • Oversee certification processes for integrations
  • Manage quality-assurance for integrations
  • Act as a technical advisor for integration challenges
  • Lead proofs-of-concept for integrations
  • Conduct solution workshops
  • Capture customer and partner feedback
  • Relay feedback to refine integration patterns
  • Relay feedback to refine product roadmaps
