Requirements

  • •7–10+ years experience as Solution Architect
  • •5+ years experience architecting ITOM/ITSM solutions
  • •ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification
  • •Track record of delivering certified integrations
  • •Leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • •Expertise in REST APIs and scripting
  • •Excellent presentation and technical writing abilities
  • •Experience with SecOps, GRC, or DevOps
  • •Familiarity with Dynatrace and DevSecOps concepts
  • •Additional ServiceNow certifications

7 - 10 years

Tasks

  • •Co-innovate with product and engineering teams to develop high-impact features
  • •Design and manage the lifecycle of end-to-end ServiceNow integrations
  • •Develop reference architectures and implementation guides to accelerate adoption
  • •Build demo environments that showcase integration best practices
  • •Oversee certification for the ServiceNow Store and Dynatrace Hub
  • •Lead proofs-of-concept and workshops for complex integration challenges
  • •Capture customer feedback to refine integration patterns and roadmaps
