- Certification in Requirements Engineering (desirable)
- Certified Scrum Master or similar agile methodology (desirable)
- Ownership and balancing short-term gains with long-term benefits
- Acting in the best interests of the company and customers
- Self-motivated and able to motivate others
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Diligence with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically or internationally
- Confident in English and German, both written and spoken
Tasks
- Lead and nurture a team of software engineers
- Manage resources and distribute workloads
- Assign roles and oversee daily team management
- Mentor team members for continuous growth
- Provide regular progress reports
- Address technical challenges using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices
- Share expertise to foster collaboration with other teams
- Support bids, proposals, and customer requests
- Contribute to system specifications and designs
- Design, develop, and test software applications
- Guide products from conception to delivery
- Offer problem-solving support and maintain quality
- Create reports, manuals, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with standards and policies
- Handle performance management and recruitment processes
- Uphold software best practices
