- 12+ years of cross functional management experience
- 8+ years of experience leading complex teams in healthcare or related fields
- Proficiency in implementing multiple operational and marketing projects
- Strong understanding of program and project management processes
- Expert project management software skills including Smartsheet, Miro, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Experience in marketing or new product planning
- Experience with commercial operations
- Program management certification or equivalent
- Change management certification
Tasks
- Lead commercial launch readiness workstream
- Drive action to expedite market access and preparation
- Design and deploy a structure for commercial launch planning
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings with clear agendas
- Provide summaries of decisions, issues, and actions
- Develop and track detailed project timelines and work plans
- Serve as a member of the product core team for launch readiness
- Apply a focused process for commercial launch planning
- Partner with project managers to clarify objectives and deliverables
- Identify owners, deliverables, and milestones in the strategic plan
- Drive positive change management within the launch planning team
- Navigate and integrate technical and business considerations
- Establish strong teamwork partnerships within the organization
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
- Motivate and lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
- Uphold company mission and values through accountability and integrity
- Support compliance with Quality Management System policies
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance
- Model inclusion behaviors for the organization
