Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of converter dominated grids
- Expertise in MVDC systems or Solid-State Transformers (SST) development and integration
- Deep understanding of technical challenges and opportunities in renewable energy integration and grid modernization
- Experience integrating renewable energy sources (PV, wind, storage, Data Centers)
- Strong grasp of power system dynamics
- Ability to design and implement solutions for grid stability and flexibility
- Hands-on experience in high power inverter systems development and control
- Experience with grid-forming inverters
- Understanding of grid resilience
- Ability to develop systems for reliability and stability during disruptions
- Active participation in industry working groups or standardization committees (IEEE, IEC, CIGRE, VDE)
- Ability to contribute to technical standards and frameworks development
- Ability to identify customer pain points
- Ability to deliver innovative, scalable solutions
- Ability to solve complex technical challenges
- Balancing feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and performance in solutions
- Structured, creative, and initiative-driven problem-solving approach
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
