Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or related field
- Several years of professional experience in pricing, commercial excellence, or sales operations
- Strategic mindset with hands-on approach and structured working style
- Strong ability to transform data into actionable insights
- Proven experience in project management
- Extensive knowledge of CPQ tools (e.g., Vendavo) and understanding of pricing and quotation processes
- Familiarity with SAP price and discount conditions
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholder groups
- Proactive, self-driven, and curious personality with high level of commitment
- Fluency in English, additional languages are an advantage
Tasks
- Drive the implementation of a consistent pricing strategy across the EMEA region
- Partner with sales teams to harmonize and optimize pricing across markets
- Utilize advanced price analytics and market intelligence to identify opportunities
- Support strategic decisions and deliver price improvements
- Lead the annual price adjustment process and ensure flawless execution
- Enhance the pricing model to integrate customer and channel differentiation
- Incorporate market data and value-based principles into pricing strategies
- Contribute to the rollout of a new CPQ system and develop expertise over time
- Engage and communicate proactively with the business community and key stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and IT to achieve shared goals
