Requirements

  • Studium im wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Bereich (z.B. IT oder Kommunikation) mit mindestens einem erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Studienjahr
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Prompting, SharePoint, Loop und MS Office
  • Großes Interesse an neuen Technologien (z.B. KI, digitale Weiterbildung, digitale Kultur)
  • Kommunikative, kreative und aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Verfügbarkeit ab August 2026 (idealerweise für 6 Monate)

Tasks

  • Beim Onboarding und Upskilling der Digital Community unterstützen
  • Digitale Events und Upskilling-Formate organisieren
  • Den internen Digital Hub (SharePoint) weiterentwickeln
  • Bei internen Digital Trainings unterstützen
  • An Tools zur Karriere- und Skill-Transparenz mitarbeiten
  • Das Coding Practitioners Konzept weiterführen und operativ unterstützen
  • Beim Aufbau, der Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung einer globalen Data-Analytics-Community unterstützen
  • Neue Ideen einbringen und den internen Campus konzeptionell und operativ unterstützen
  • Operative Unterstützung leisten (Koordination, Präsentationen, Kommunikationsmaterialien)

  • Currently in higher educationOR
  • Bachelor's degree
