Requirements

  • Begeisterung für HR-Themen, insbesondere People Development und Culture

  • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (insb. Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
  • Erste Praktikumserfahrungen von Vorteil

Tasks

  • Nationale und internationale Personalentwicklungsprogramme koordinieren und organisieren
  • Teilnehmermanagement durchführen und mit internen sowie externen Partnern abstimmen
  • Aktiv an Projekten im Bereich Personalentwicklung und Human Resources mitwirken
  • Programmunterlagen und Informationen aufbereiten und aktualisieren
  • Feedbackinstrumente zur Evaluation der Programme erstellen
  • Jährliches Mitarbeitergespräch im Volkswagenkonzern mitbetreuen und nachbereiten
  • Strategische HR-Projekte unterstützen

Education

  • Currently in higher educationOR
  • Bachelor's degree

  • English – Business Fluent
