Requirements

  • Immatrikulation an Uni/FH (idealerweise fortgeschrittenes Bachelor-/Masterstudium Informatik, WiWi, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar)
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung in Projekt-/Prozessmanagement und Tools wie JIRA/Confluence
  • Kenntnisse in Lean Management, Lean Startup und agilen Arbeitsweisen (von Vorteil)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Teamfähigkeit und analytisches Denkvermögen

Tasks

  • IT-Lösungen für Motorenproduktion gestalten und weiterentwickeln
  • Kontakt mit Feature Teams und Product Ownern halten
  • Agile Teammeetings und Workshops organisieren und durchführen
  • Sprint-Planung organisieren und durchführen
  • User Stories in JIRA konzipieren, spezifizieren und pflegen
  • Interne Wissensseiten in Confluence pflegen und weiterentwickeln
  • Zu strukturierter und aktueller Dokumentation beitragen
  • Organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben übernehmen
  • Agile Arbeitsprozesse planen und koordinieren
  • Projektbezogene Informationen und Tools strukturieren und pflegen
  • Transparenz im Projektumfeld fördern
