Tasks
- Assist customers' DBA teams with expert support
- Gather relevant data to investigate issues
- Provide detailed analysis of findings via email, instant message, or voice
- Conduct screen-sharing sessions for critical issues
- Author blog posts on engaging topics for the open-source community
- Answer questions on the support forum
- Create articles for the customer-facing knowledge base
- Host webinars on relevant subjects
