Tasks
- •Grow novel high-quality semiconducting oxides using molecular beam epitaxy
- •Investigate anisotropic, strain-, and doping-dependent fundamental properties
- •Analyze thin-film transistor applications like band gap and carrier mobility
- •Perform basic structural, electrical, and electronic characterization
- •Design experiments to determine material limits with collaborators
- •Execute related growth and characterization experiments
- •Analyze and interpret research data
- •Prepare timely technical reports for review meetings
- •Write and publish scientific papers
- •Participate in regular internal and external meetings
