Tasks
- Design, implement, and maintain custom Kubernetes operators
- Design, implement, and maintain platform tooling
- Analyze, evaluate, and resolve L1–L2 network incidents and service requests
- Communicate professionally with stakeholders and internal partners
- Provide structured Layer 1-7 troubleshooting to stakeholders and internal partners
- Define 'AS-IS' network health using Nagios, SolarWinds, and Cacti
- Implement network improvements based on NetFlow and Syslog analysis
- Align and execute security requirements
- Create and adjust basic firewall rules in Cisco ASA and FMC
- Write and track documentation for recurring incidents and troubleshooting steps in Jira and Confluence
- Manage operational escalations as Operator on Duty (OOtW)
- Coordinate directly with the Expert Network Engineering Team
