Requirements
- Completed education as a chemical and pharmaceutical technologist, chemical laboratory technician, or equivalent experience
- Several years of professional experience in production, engineering, and/or maintenance
- Independent and flexible working style; strong team player; excellent motivation skills; resilience; excellent communication style
- Structured, solution-oriented working approach; openness to new ideas
- Knowledge of MS Office, SAP, AutoCAD, and COMOS is an advantage
- Fluency in German and English or willingness to learn one of the two languages
Tasks
- Ensure equipment availability, safety, and cleanliness
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate maintenance with technical service
- Plan and implement production changes and investments
- Conduct modern, cost-effective maintenance with stakeholder involvement
- Support product manufacturing through risk analyses and equipment changes
- Optimize technical processes and provide raw materials
- Coordinate work between operations, laboratory, logistics, and technical service
- Ensure high training levels for project-assigned employees on GMP and safety
- Organize and conduct cleaning before start-up and after campaigns
- Restore equipment post-cleaning and campaign completion
- Implement the company's vision and culture
- Support continuous improvement and openness to change
