Tasks

  • Provide internal and external support to clients and sales teams.
  • Drive and finalize internal and external projects.
  • Cooperate with machinery and film suppliers.
  • Improve existing product specifications and implement innovations.
  • Manage costs and continuously improve product costs.
  • Conduct market intelligence studies.
  • Translate customer specifications into internal specifications.
  • Define production plans and quality proof plans.
  • Support customers' claims management with the quality team.
  • Collaborate with production to resolve key technical issues.
