- 4+ years supply chain planning experience
- Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration, supply chain or operations management, process and/or project management or similar
- Deep knowledge of SAP IBP
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing process improvements in new product introduction
- Highly experienced in gathering, challenging, and translating business requirements to system integration concepts
- Verifiable experience in managing projects and programs

Tasks
- Support senior managers in developing new processes and features
- Translate business requirements into functional concepts for technical implementation
- Manage and track projects independently
- Ensure a holistic end-to-end view of projects
- Highlight cross-functional dependencies
- Align business needs with target state with stakeholders
- Optimize process and system landscape for supply chain resilience
- Collect, derive, and challenge business requirements
- Align requirements with cross-functional stakeholders
- Provide objective and holistic perspectives to avoid isolated solutions
- Secure end-to-end integration of changes
- Shape process and system levels to increase maturity
- Document business scope statements (BSS)
- Hand over documentation to IT
- Define and schedule work packages
- Set up realistic project timelines with IT
- Track and document project progress and milestones
- Monitor implementation budgets
- Ensure reporting and escalation to senior management
- Prepare and host project meetings and workshops
- Contribute to steering meetings with senior management
- Keep stakeholders informed about project insights and status
- Maintain an overview of required and available resources
- Highlight potential resource bottlenecks
- Test implemented solutions for quality and functional integration
- Document and track testing effort and progress
- Introduce and hand over new processes to the data quality team
- Prepare and document training materials
- Facilitate and host training sessions
- Support development of planning capabilities across the organization
