Requirements

  • Proven experience in Financial Planning & Consolidation (5+ years) or relevant degree or hands-on expertise in FP&A processes
  • Advanced proficiency in EPM platforms (e.g., SAP SAC/BPC, Jedox, INFOR dEPM) and strong knowledge of BI/Analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or SAC)
  • Deep understanding of data models and integration concepts; knowledge in programming (SQL, Python or similar) considered an advantage
  • Proven expertise in project management: roadmap delivery, agile execution and stakeholder communication
  • Excellent communication and language skills; business-level English and good German

Tasks

  • Design and optimize driver-based planning models
  • Lead the development of enterprise planning and forecasting models
  • Focus on automation, governance, and data quality
  • Translate business drivers into actionable data models
  • Manage annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and strategic planning
  • Collaborate with Data Analytics teams for seamless data integration
  • Govern Planning & Consolidation metadata and business rules
  • Provide decision-support analytics and scenario modeling
  • Conduct variance analysis to shape Planning & Consolidation strategy
