  • •Documentation discipline and traceability/MES experience

  • •Capture and categorize process know-how
  • •Ensure wafer genealogy and data traceability
  • •Coordinate technical requirements with the MicroFab
  • •Drive variability reduction and improvement loops
  • •Perform root-cause analysis and deviation handling
  • •Translate external requests into technical scopes
  • •Evaluate feasibility and risks for external projects
