  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten

  • Bildungs- und Entwicklungsprozesse dokumentieren
  • Bildungs- und Entwicklungsprozesse einschätzen
  • Regelmäßigen interdisziplinären Austausch mit pädagogischen Mitarbeiter:innen pflegen
