- •MSc in Power Electronics or equivalent
- •Laboratory or R&D experience (advantageous)
- •Knowledge of wide-bandgap semiconductor devices
- •Experience in semiconductor characterization
- •Familiarity with gate-driver and PCB design
- •Experience in power electronics packaging characterization
- •Knowledge of MATLAB, Simulink, or Python (advantageous)
- •Target-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn
- •Very good English and teamwork skills

- •Analyze literature to identify MV PV and ESS trends
- •Research high-voltage switches using SiC power devices
- •Develop gate-driving techniques for voltage balancing
- •Design packaging technologies for series-connected SiC devices
- •Implement packaging solutions for high-voltage devices
- •Demonstrate proof of concepts in a lab environment
- •Attend academic conferences to identify future trends
- •Document findings through patents, reports, and publications
