Requirements

  • •Completed degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or comparable field
  • •Strong experience in financial performance reporting, consolidation, and planning in an international environment
  • •Excellent analytical and financial skills with understanding of P&L structures and performance drivers
  • •High proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI; experience with data automation and reporting tools is a strong advantage
  • •Structured, independent working style with hands-on, problem-solving mindset
  • •Very good English skills and confidence in working with international stakeholders
  • •Willingness to travel occasionally

Tasks

  • •Lead regional financial consolidation across countries
  • •Drive monthly regional performance reporting
  • •Own global reporting standards, templates, and timelines
  • •Prepare management reports and presentations for leadership
  • •Continuously improve reporting processes and data quality
  • •Act as a finance business partner for country organizations
  • •Conduct country-level deep dives to identify performance drivers
  • •Challenge and support country submissions during monthly cycles
  • •Support financial planning activities at country and regional level
