- •Current Bachelor’s or Master’s degree studies in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- •Foundational understanding of digital marketing, paid advertising, and funnel stages
- •Initial experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Amazon Ads
- •Confidence in numbers and KPI analysis using Excel or Google Sheets
- •German skills at minimum B1 level and English skills at C1 level

- •Develop weekly reports based on creative performance
- •Brainstorm ideas for high-performing paid social ads
- •Test creative hypotheses within Meta Ads Manager
