In this role, you will be at the forefront of planning and executing performance marketing campaigns across various platforms. Daily activities will involve optimizing campaigns, analyzing key metrics, and collaborating with teams to drive engagement and lead generation globally.

Requirements

• •Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related field
• •Up to 2 years’ experience in digital or performance marketing
• •Basic knowledge of search engine marketing and paid social platforms
• •B2B or industrial machinery market experience as an advantage
• •Familiarity with digital analytics tools
• •Strong interest in performance-driven marketing
• •Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
• •Strong organizational skills
• •Ability to work in an international, cross-functional environment
• •Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• •German language skills are a plus

Tasks

• •Plan and launch global and regional performance marketing campaigns
• •Set up and maintain campaigns across search, display, and social platforms
• •Adapt content and targeting for local markets
• •Execute and optimize paid campaigns by monitoring performance
• •Adjust targeting, bidding, and creatives as needed
• •Conduct A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness
• •Collaborate with agencies for creative enhancements
• •Track and analyze campaign KPIs, engagement, and conversions
• •Provide actionable insights to enhance ROI and future performance
• •Prepare and present reports on campaign results
• •Support data-driven marketing practices within the team
• •Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align campaigns with business objectives
• •Share best practices across the organization
