- •Coordinate event scheduling, catering, and logistical details
- •Track attendee materials and event attendance
- •Participate in training events to understand stakeholder needs
- •Assist with European and worldwide sales meeting coordination
- •Develop presentations and training materials
- •Proofread agendas, training materials, and tender documents
- •Submit documents through the internal control system
- •Reconcile monthly purchase orders and monitor spending
- •Manage historical training logs and certificate requests
- •Ensure accreditation requirements are followed and renewed
