Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience
- 3-5+ years in HR generalist/HR Business Partner role
- Experience in international, multicultural setting
- Hands-on, pragmatic mindset; ownership and independence
- Ability to build relationships and influence collaboratively
- Strong communication skills; clear, simple, solution-oriented explanations
- Fluency in English and German; additional European languages advantageous
- Experience with HR systems; interest in digital/AI HR solutions a plus
- Experience with Agile organizations or leadership meritorious
- Hands-on HR generalist, close to business and people
- Structured, curious, comfortable in developing environments; process improvement enjoyment
- Confident working independently on site, connected to colleagues
- Integrity and courage, including in difficult conversations
- Team player; knowledge sharing, seeking input, learning together
- Strong interpersonal skills; interest in developing people; supportive environment creation
Tasks
- Manage daily HR and administrative tasks
- Handle contracts and HR documentation
- Coordinate HR data and payroll
- Serve as primary local HR contact
- Support leaders and employees with practical solutions
- Collaborate on recruiting and onboarding
- Contribute to performance and development processes
- Drive improvements in HR practices
- Test new HR ideas and share learnings
