Requirements
- Technical education in electronics or electronics apprenticeship
- CID+ certification (advantage)
- Experience in PCB design (Altium Designer or similar)
- Knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes and RF implementation
- Solid understanding of electrical circuits, grounding strategies, EMC, miniaturisation, and RF design (advantage)
- Self-motivation, proactivity, and quality orientation
- Excellent German communication skills, good English knowledge
- Teamwork, flexibility, and solution orientation
- IT skills: Windows, MS Office (Confluence, MS Teams, SAP a plus)
Tasks
- Design and develop electronic circuit boards for hearing instruments
- Maintain electronic circuit boards for hearing instruments
- Partner with internal teams and external PCB suppliers
- Contribute to organizational and product development initiatives
- Design and implement product, component, and prototype PCBs
- Maintain and improve PCB infrastructure and component libraries
- Act as technical contact for external PCB suppliers
- Prepare and maintain manufacturing documentation and data
- Collaborate with engineering teams on planning reviews
- Drive continuous product improvement
- Stay updated on PCB and RF design technologies
- Contribute to R&D processes
- Participate in agile team activities
- Share knowledge
- Contribute to intellectual property creation
