  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in partnerships, events, marketing, or related field
  • Experience in HoReCa, entertainment, FMCG, or lifestyle brands is a plus
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with internal teams, agencies, and external partners
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and reliable
  • Basic knowledge of contracts, compliance, and structured project work
  • Fluent in German (spoken and written)
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or similar field

Tasks

  • Drive brands’ presence in HoReCa and events sector
  • Manage key partnerships and ensure flawless execution
  • Support partnership delivery and event coordination
  • Coordinate on-ground activations and ensure high-quality execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and agencies
  • Plan and execute brand activations and events
  • Handle on-site delivery and related social media activities
  • Support partner management and day-to-day operations
  • Communicate and coordinate with partners and agencies
  • Manage contracts and activation support
  • Track performance and drive improvements
  • Contribute to ROI reporting
  • Collect and analyze feedback and results
  • Support content creation and social media engagement
  • Enhance brand visibility and audience engagement

  • 1 - 3 years

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

Languages

  • German – Business Fluent
  • English – Business Fluent
