Tasks
- Manage external partner relationships
- Ensure operational and commercial alignment
- Support dealer communication and engagement
- Coordinate dealer hotline and direct support
- Set up test accounts and manage subscriptions
- Handle back-office processes
- Oversee retail partner execution
- Support MediaMarkt follow-ups
- Coordinate promoter activities
- Participate in trade fairs
- Monitor market and competitor developments
- Ensure competitive pricing
- Support retail campaigns
- Coordinate POS material rollouts
- Track affiliate performance
- Manage reporting and budgeting
- Update cost centers
- Prepare internal and external documentation
- Maintain presentations and training materials
- Update dealer portals
