- Proven track record building partner-sourced pipeline
- Strong understanding of frontend technologies, cloud infrastructure, AI development
- Existing EMEA partner network activation
- Experience driving co-sell motions with sales teams
- Executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders
- Highly collaborative, action-oriented, motivated by growth targets
Tasks
- Define and execute regional partner strategy
- Identify and recruit high-impact partners
- Activate regional and global partners
- Establish scalable engagement models
- Develop joint GTM plans
- Lead co-sell motions
- Map accounts and accelerate opportunities
- Own revenue targets for partner performance
- Build executive-level relationships
- Serve as primary point of accountability
- Align partner objectives with growth priorities
- Collaborate with Solution partners
- Package and market Vercel’s offerings
- Identify repeatable use cases
- Provide feedback to Product and Marketing
- Lead partner enablement initiatives
- Ensure technical, sales, and marketing readiness
- Equip partners with messaging and positioning
- Represent EMEA partner voice internally
