Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Development, Solution Advisory, or Partner Management
- Over 5 years of specialized expertise in platform-as-service, enterprise-wide integration, application development, and artificial intelligence technologies
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong networking skills with Solution Area-specific stakeholders
- Passion for cross-organizational collaboration
Tasks
- Cultivate strategic relationships with key SAP BTP contacts
- Maintain a relationship map of relevant stakeholders and their perspectives on SAP
- Build an annual joint business plan for SAP BTP with key partners
- Integrate business plans with SAP’s overall objectives and joint agreements
- Drive execution of the business plan through weekly forecast calls
- Address issues constructively and navigate partner and SAP organizations
- Collaborate with regional EDMs and strategic Partner Managers
- Support partner readiness throughout the customer lifecycle
- Facilitate enablement programs for partner transformation
- Ensure successful customer outcomes with high-quality go-lives
- Connect SAP account teams with relevant partner teams for key deals
- Empower collaboration between SAP account teams and partners
- Identify and co-develop new business opportunities with the partner network
