- Supervise, maintain, and update governance records
- Manage mandate registers and gender ratios
- Handle annual FINREP interrogations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
- Prepare and draft the annual Corporate Governance Report
- Provide key governance data for the Annual Report
- Cooperate with stakeholders on governance and Fit & Proper
- Supervise, review, and update internal governance policies
- Coordinate the roll-out of revised policies
- Support policy implementation across subsidiaries
- Attend board and committee meetings
- Prepare, draft, and review board reports
- Prepare, draft, and review meeting minutes and transcripts
- Draft and review board applications
- Provide ad hoc organizational support to boards
- Provide ad hoc governance support to boards
- Provide ad hoc legal support to boards
