Tasks
- Manage end-to-end outsourcing and sub-outsourcing arrangements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (MaRisk, EBA Guidelines, MiFID II)
- Establish and maintain the Outsourcing Management Framework
- Document, oversee, monitor, and report on outsourcing activities
- Support departments in implementing outsourcing standards
- Coordinate outsourcing-related regulatory matters
- Enhance governance and accountability culture
- Support external and internal audits of outsourced services
- Coordinate audit requests and ensure timely delivery of documentation
- Track and follow up on audit findings
- Monitor remediation progress and ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain outsourcing documentation and records
- Prepare outsourcing-related audit and regulatory responses
- Ensure readiness for supervisory reviews and inspections
- Provide day-to-day oversight of technology operations
- Support the Technology Supervisory Officer
- Ensure technology delivery and compliance with DORA and MaRisk
- Oversee outsourced technology activities in Paris and Frankfurt
- Manage technology aspects of proposed MTF, BlockMatch DEU
- Act as Deputy Information Security Officer
- Provide and oversee the Group’s information security framework
- Handle internal and external reporting obligations
- Coordinate with the Group Information Security function
- Escalate local technology issues and resolve them
- Maintain the ICT Risk Management Framework
- Oversee controls and system tests
- Participate in ICT Incident Management
- Manage Third Party Risk Management for outsourced IT services
- Align with ICT Risk Management and DORA Framework
- Implement programs for digital operational training
- Govern business functions including Risk Committee and Management Board
- Consolidate cross-business feedback on Material Business Changes
- Drive enhancements to existing frameworks and processes
- Test and refine strategies
- Provide additional services as requested by Instinet Germany GmbH
