• •Own process and data governance for material master data
• •Set standards and enforce accuracy for VISIT items
• •Ensure new process requirements comply with governance policies
• •Provide accountability and guidance for master data quality
• •Maintain and update data model and process documentation
• •Deliver second-level support for the material master data tool
• •Guide teams through complex issues for VISIT items
• •Manage ticketing for timely resolution and prioritization
• •Handle IDoc monitoring tickets to maintain data integrity
• •Drive root-cause resolution for recurring issues
• •Collaborate with stakeholders in Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain
• •Align processes, data, and people across departments
• •Streamline material master data processes with cross-functional teams
• •Communicate data standards and governance practices effectively
• •Lead continuous improvement initiatives for material master data
• •Identify gaps in data or processes and propose solutions
