- Collect samples
- Align activities and process performance with plant and business goals
- Apply troubleshooting skills to resolve process deviations
- Initiate and participate in root cause analyses
- Support and guide others in plant operations
- Execute actions assigned by the Crisis Response Leader during emergencies
- Utilize process knowledge to achieve improvements
- Perform duties of control room operator, lab operator, and field operator
- Conduct plant-specific first-line maintenance
