Requirements

- Ability to obtain host nation driver's license
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Authorization to work in host country
- Bachelor's degree plus 3 years specialized experience
- Associate's degree plus 7 years specialized experience
- Major certification plus 7 years specialized experience
- 11 years of recent specialized experience
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain US Secret Security Clearance
- 6 years of experience in operations, maintenance, or production management
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Physically capable of performing all required duties
- Capable of lifting/pushing/pulling minimum 50 lbs
Tasks
- Develop and execute production plans for asset storage, maintenance, inspection, and reconstitution
- Implement and control quality control, safety, training, and environmental protection plans
- Ensure compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS)
- Provide direction and oversight for effective utilization of manpower, equipment, and facility resources
- Coordinate efforts of functional and production managers to meet site production goals
- Monitor and control quality control, safety, training, and environmental activities
- Manage site quality management system (QMS) inputs
- Review and approve contractual reports for completeness and accuracy
- Prepare assets for shipment in support of exercises and tasking
- Allocate priorities for asset shipment by land, sea, or air
- Direct and control site manpower and equipment resources during high operations tempo
- Oversee site quality, safety, and environmental compliance
- Continuously review safety plans, policies, and programs
- Participate in safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Ensure employee safety training and education
- Provide leadership, vision, and resources for an effective safety and health program
- Perform other qualified duties as assigned
- Enforce a safety culture and ensure continuous development of a safe work environment
- Complete all required training and fulfill self-aid and buddy aid responsibilities
- Participate in emergency response tasks and serve on safety committees and teams
- Conform to Amentum Quality Policy and carry out job activities in compliance with quality system documents and customer contracts
- Read and understand quality management and customer satisfaction responsibilities
- Implement general and specific operational, safety, quality, and environmental requirements
