Tasks

- Lead and manage manufacturing operations
- Drive operational excellence initiatives like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control for operations
- Oversee production planning, scheduling, and execution
- Ensure optimal capacity utilization and resource allocation
- Drive scaling of new product introductions with R&D
- Champion a robust safety culture and HSEQ compliance
- Champion sustainability goals, including Net-Zero emissions
- Optimize energy efficiency through Smart Manufacturing
- Identify recycling opportunities for sustainability
- Partner with Supply Chain for site supply chain requirements
- Provide input on regional supplier relationships
- Ensure timely and accurate product delivery to customers
- Collaborate with Commercial and Product Management on customer expectations
- Facilitate regional implementation of digital manufacturing initiatives
- Leverage data for operational insights and process optimization
- Drive adoption of new technologies to improve efficiency
