  • Projektmanagement- oder agile Zertifikate (SAFe, PMP, Scrum) wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung mit Jira und Confluence
  • Verständnis des Software-Lebenszyklus
  • Umgang mit KPI-basiertem Monitoring
  • Moderations- und Schnittstellenfähigkeit
  • Exzellente Kommunikations-Skills

Tasks

  • Begleitung des rollierenden Backlog-Plannings
  • Sicherstellung des Alignments zwischen Produktprioritäten, Architektur und Teams
  • Definition und Überwachung von Performance-Metriken
  • Identifizierung von Engpässen
  • Schaffung von Transparenz durch KPI-Monitoring
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Entwicklungsprozesse
  • Koordination zwischen PM, POs und RTEs
  • End-to-End Verantwortung für komplexe Initiativen
  • Konzeption von Initiativen
  • Erfolgreicher Abschluss von Initiativen
  • Unterstützung der Führungsebene bei der Steuerung mehrerer Scrum-Teams und Partner
  • Proaktive Förderung einer Continuous Improvement Kultur
