As you lead the European HUB, you will drive strategic growth and operational excellence while mentoring a diverse team to deliver innovative substation automation solutions across the region.

Requirements

• •Frequent travel within Europe and internationally
• •Degree in Electrical, Automation Engineering, or related
• •Master’s degree or MBA as advantage
• •10–15 years power industry experience
• •Expertise in substation automation systems
• •5–7 years leadership in multinational environment
• •Technical knowledge of substation architectures
• •Knowledge of SCADA and control systems
• •Knowledge of IEC 61850 and cybersecurity
• •Success in business strategy and P&L
• •Understanding of European energy market
• •Excellent leadership and communication skills
• •Stakeholder management and influence skills
• •Fluency in English
• •Additional European languages as asset

• •Develop and execute regional HUB strategies
• •Identify market opportunities for substation automation
• •Expand customer relationships and grow sales
• •Oversee engineering and project delivery operations
• •Define and track operational performance KPIs
• •Represent the company at industry forums
