Requirements
- Native German speaker

- Outgoing personality
- Comfortable communicating with retail partners
- Self-starter
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Proficiency with Google Suite
- Excel proficiency
- Flexibility to travel for work
- Flexibility to work on weekends
- Winter Sports retail experience
- Hands-on experience with skis & snowboards
- Strong ski & snowboard product knowledge
- Flexible schedule for work-travel
- Experience with a CRM system
- Associate Degree
- Entry level experience
Tasks
- Support FSSC sales representatives in managing Retail Partner accounts
- Foster brand-to-Retail-Partner relationships
- Facilitate execution of Retail Partner agreements
- Conduct product training sessions at Retail Partner stores
- Educate shop staff about brands and products
- Service Retail Partner accounts by fulfilling orders and organizing local sales events
- Staff and assist with Retail Partner sales and community events
- Engage with customers and retail staff to share brand stories
- Assist with trade show setup, sales appointments, and teardown
- Transfer booth materials between trade shows
- Log orders and track sales in the CRM platform
- Receive and inventory product samples at the Innsbruck office
- Handle general shipping and receiving of products
- Distribute sales tools to Retail Partners
- Manage product sample and showroom sets for Austria and Germany
- Receive products from the warehouse
- Prep and tune products for demos
- Track inventory of all product samples
- Participate in trade and consumer-based ski and snowboard demos
- Transport product samples to and from events
Education
- Vocational certification
