Requirements

  • Active enrollment/studies in Business Administration or related courses (finance, accounting, investment management focus)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness and ability to learn quickly
  • Ambitious, hard-working, self-driven attitude
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in German
  • Eastern European language knowledge advantageous
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools

Tasks

  • Engage in live transactions across EMEA, focusing on CEE
  • Support all transaction workstreams (IPOs, Follow-Ons, Equity-linked)
  • Prepare presentation materials for clients and investors
  • Develop marketing documents for clients and investors
  • Support company valuations (DCF, multiples, precedent transactions)
  • Conduct peer group benchmarking
  • Conduct in-depth market and industry analysis
  • Collaborate with Raiffeisen Group companies across CEE
