Requirements

  • Active enrollment/studies in Business Administration or related courses (finance, accounting, investment management focus)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness and ability to learn quickly
  • Ambitious, hard-working, self-driven attitude
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in German
  • Advantageous Eastern European language skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools

Tasks

  • Participate in live transactions across EMEA, focusing on CEE.
  • Assist across all transaction workstreams (IPOs, Follow-Ons, Equity-linked).
  • Prepare presentation and marketing documents for clients.
  • Support company valuations (DCF, multiples, precedent transactions).
  • Perform peer group benchmarking.
  • Conduct in-depth market and industry analysis.
  • Coordinate with Raiffeisen Group companies across CEE.
